1.           The voucher is valid from 8 May to 11 July 2025 on Friday to Saturday and Public Holidays, and cannot be extended.

2.           Room reservations will be created with the name and email address entered at the checkout screen, please contact hkgct.guestservices@hyatt.com if you do not receive a confirmation email 48 hours after the purchase.

3.            The voucher is for Hong Kong ID card holders only, a valid Hong Kong ID card must be presented upon check-in or standard rate will apply.

4.            The name of the reservation must match the guest's ID card.

5.            This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and discounts.

6.            No cancellation or amendment is allowed once reservation is confirmed.

7.            This voucher is non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.

8.            Any alteration, unauthorized reproduction, or reprinting of this voucher is strictly prohibited.

9.            Lost or damaged voucher will not be replaced.

10.          This voucher can only be presented once, and the value is non-accumulative.
