2.        Advance reservation at Cruise is required and subject to availability. Please email hkgct.cruise@hyatt.com for reservation.

3.        The voucher must be presented upon redemption to enjoy the offer or standard rates apply.

4.        The voucher is valid from Monday to Sunday, blackout dates apply.

5.        The voucher is only applicable to A La Carte Menu.  

6.        The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with discounts and other promotional menus.

7.        The offer is limited to dine-in only at Cruise Restaurant and Bar.

8.        This voucher is not applicable to private events, banquets, delivery orders and retail products.

9.        This voucher (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services. No credits will be issued for unused portions.

10.       This voucher is not for commercial use.

11.      Lost or damaged certificates will not be accepted.

12.      Any unauthorized transfer, sale or reproduction constitutes fraud.

13.      Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from the voucher.
