For the items purchased at The Farmhouse Deli, the certificate (or any part thereof) is non-refundable, can be redeemed at The Farmhouse Deli, from Monday-Sunday: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

The certificate is valid for takeout orders only. The certificate cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services, cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions nor discount, and cannot be extended beyond the validity period.

Advance reservations are required, subject to hotel’s availability.

Lost or damaged certificates will not be replaced.

No changes, cancellations or refunds can be made.

Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.

Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute arising from the certificate.

In case of any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
